While I think any time is a wonderful time to pull out a book and read, autumn is an even more appealing time for reading poetry and romance. Why? Because autumn signifies change; a change starting with endings and closings (winter) and building to new beginnings (spring).
Therefore, I love pulling out books of poetry (such as Life and Nature by yours truly) or romances (like my romance novel The Past Rekindled). But if fantasy is more your thing, I have you covered there, too.
So, fall into a book and enjoy the season. And don’t forget that certificates for books make great Halloween treats.
