What levels are there in the Astral world, and why does everyone see something different when they visit?
A: While those who spend time in the Astral have no need for labels regarding the different levels, we will address the issue again, for (as you know) we have spoken of this many times.
The Astral plane is made up of seven levels. Each level is defined not by divisive boundaries or even by different frequency ranges, but by the primary activity that takes place within it.
So, do we name the nearest level to the Physical plane the Transition level. This is because the primary activity within this level is the coming and going of souls transitioning between the Physical and the non-Physical.
The Rest and Review levels are next. They tend to blend together as this is where those souls who have had traumatic lives or deaths may experience little other than tranquility and peace and perhaps review a memory, experience, or maybe even re-experience the whole life, if they choose. They can re-experience their lives using the same choices, or they can try different choices. It is up to them what they will do. While this existence appeals to many souls at first, eventually, do they tire of the monotony and so seek new experiences elsewhere within the Astral plane.
The Learning level enables a soul to discover and experiment. They can learn from integrated souls, guides, counselors, or ascended masters. They can experiment with other realities, timelines, or discover how Astral matter can be manipulated. There are any number of experiences to be had. The main focus of most learning within the Astral plane has to do with emotions and their effect on everything.
If a soul decides that it wishes to return to the Physical plane, then might it go to the Decisions and Planning level. This level enables souls to work out the logistics of where, when, and to whom they would be born. It also allows them the freedom to experiment with overleaves to see which would best contribute to the lessons and experiences they would seek.
Beyond that are the Awareness and Integration levels where fragments merge back into souls and souls merge back into entities.
No level is blocked or divided one from the other; however, each level caters to a particular function or set of tasks, which is why they are deemed separate, although they are open to all.
